Booking Direct vs Rover (formerly Cat in a Flat)

If you’ve found me through Cat in a Flat, you may have noticed it’s now owned by Rover. Since this change, both clients and sitters are charged additional fees. To ensure I’m paid fairly for my time, I’ve had to increase my prices on that platform.

When you book with me directly, you avoid those extra charges and receive better value:

• Direct booking: £10 for one visit, £15 for two visits (up to 3 cats)
• Via Rover: £14 per visit, per cat

That’s a significant difference, especially for multi-cat households or longer bookings.

I am DBS checked, fully insured with Petplan Sanctuary, and have 50+ five-star reviews across Google and Cat in a Flat, so you can book with confidence either way.
